Our announcement bar at the top of the website will always have our up to date delivery & dispatch information. 

We offer 48 hour tracked delivery with Royal Mail (2-3 working days from date of dispatch) to UK mainland addresses at £5.00.

We offer 24 hour tracked delivery with Royal Mail (1-2 working days from date of dispatch) to UK mainland addresses at £8.00.

We offer free 48hour tracked shipping on all orders over £45.00.

Please note that all orders placed are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours but during peak periods, sales & seasonal periods our dispatch times will increase. These will always be visible in our announcement bar at the top of our website. 

Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Please note that we do not ship packages on weekends or bank holidays, these will be shipped on Monday or the next Working Day.

Once you have received your order please check the contents and inform us if there are damaged or missing items within 5 working days via email; service@boutiqueoccasions.co.uk. If any items arrive damaged, please email us within 5 working days with your order number, brief description of damage and photographic evidence in order that we can submit a claim. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, so please do get in touch if for any reason you're not.
