Refund policy

We have a 7 day return policy and we do not provide free returns, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and ship the items back to ourselves. Please email us at; service@boutiqueoccasions.co.uk to request a return, please do not forget to include your order number. 

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A full refund will be provided on receipt of the items minus any original postage costs to the original payment method. Please note that you are responsible for return postage costs. We do not offer refunds for original delivery costs or return postage. Please retain proof of postage.

Please note that refunds can take between 5 to 10 working days for your card provider to process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and either make it right or submit a claim. We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return and send photos of the damaged item to service@boutiqueoccasions.co.uk.

To request a return, please email; service@boutiqueoccasions.co.uk with your order number, full details of damage and photos of damage. We will then provide you with the details and free postage to return the items to ourselves if required. Please retain proof of postage. On receipt of items or photos, we will provide a full refund to the original payment method. Please note that a refund can take 5 to 10 working days for your card provider to process. 


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5 to 10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
